Fike, Cascio & Boose represented the private landowner in a recent transaction with the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy to add almost 200 acres “in the Laurel Highlands to Ohiopyle State Park, one of Pennsylvania’s most treasured natural areas.” This significant preservation project was negotiated and closed during 2008.
